Dallas Cuddy, Executive Chef of award winning restaurant, The Prime Society in Singapore, will be joining the culinary talents at W Maldives from April 17 to 19.
With his contemporary cooking style, Cuddy takes over FISH Restaurant to offer all foodies a unique culinary dinner experience. Guests from the Retreat will savor a beautifully designed four-course dinner under the Maldivian stars. For this special happening, Cuddy will feature his signature dishes: ‘Oyster with cucumber, mussel juice and dill’, ‘Shaved squid and scallop, apple and toasted nori’ & ‘Steamed snapper ‘nan ban zuke’ wakame and radish’ to name but a few. Prior to joining the Prime Society in Singapore, Cuddy served as the Executive Chef at Verge Restaurant and The Botanical in Melbourne, Australia. He also worked for prestigious establishments such as the Michelin-star restaurant Nobu, Pied-à-Terre and Petrus, St James Street, all based in London, United Kingdom, among others.
