Dave Pynt, Owner and Head Chef of Burnt Ends in Singapore, ranked Diners Club® Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants Academy, is on his way 2nd time round to the iconic W Retreat & Spa-Maldives, where he’ll serve as guest chef from the 21 - 23 April 2016.
During his stay, Pynt will present his standout signature dishes at FISH, the overwater restaurant and at FIRE BEACH, the Al Fresco BBQ offering alternatives such as charcoal grill, tandoor and spit roast.
