Dave Pynt, Owner and Head Chef at Burnt Ends in Singapore, one of the best restaurants in Asia as per the Diners Club® Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants Academy, is on his way to the iconic W Retreat & Spa-Maldives, where he’ll serve as guest chef and Barbecue Ambassador from 28 to 30 August 2015.
During his stay, Pynt will present his standout signature dishes at FISH, the overwater restaurant and at FIRE BEACH, the Al Fresco BBQ offering alternatives such as charcoal grill, tandoor and spit roast. Highlights include the pulled pork shoulder in home-made brioche bun with slaw and chipotle mayonnaise and the smoked quail eggs and caviar.
